Nursing Now is a three-year global awareness campaign which, in collaboration with the World Health Organization and the International Council of Nurses, aims to raise the status and profile of nursing around the world. The initiative, which is patroned by Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge, works to empower nurses to take their place at the heart of tackling 21st Century health challenges. About Nursing Now
Free Health Action Training Courses
The Nursing Now Challenge has partnered with Health Action Training (HAT) to bring members of the network to have access to their innovative communication training.
This is a great opportunity to enrol your nurses and/or midwives, who are currently taking part in your Nursing Now Challenge leadership development programme within your organisation, in a free HAT course.
Research has shown that HAT can help to develop staff resilience and management of stress. The HAT courses have been evidenced to improve participants’ resilience by as much as 20%. HAT courses are accredited by several organisations and meet the requirements for the NMC revalidation for nurses.
To enrol your nurses and/or midwives and see all the available HAT courses, you can fill out the online form here.
