The Chronic Disease Nurses Faculty is being launched. This group of highly specialised nurses are passionate about increasing awareness of the importance of their specialty in improving health outcomes.
As our population continues to live longer, there is now a need, more than ever, to support our nurses working in the area of Chronic Disease Nursing. This faculty brings chronic disease nurses from all the different and diverse areas of Chronic Disease management together for a common cause.
This faculty will advocate for both nurses and patients by supporting policy development, best practice education and research. Chronic disease nurses will come together with a shared vision of caring for this patient population in a contemporary and visionary way.
Chronic Disease nursing has an impact in almost every field of nursing and this faculty will advocate for the many diverse groups and the many diverse nursing members and fellows that join.
If you share the passion of this group of nurses, we encourage you to apply today to become a part of the Leadership team.
