The Healthcare Data Dynamics: Unlocking the Power of Information microcredential is designed to help you understand what data is in healthcare environment. It will provide you with an overview of the different types of data collected and how it impacts the health outcomes of an individuals, and the efficiency and effectiveness of nursing and midwifery care delivery.
The microcredential is based on the view that data has become the currency of modern business. Nurses and midwives working in healthcare organisations must know how to collect, manage, use, monetise and value it.
The microcredential is designed to meet your needs at an introductory level or build on your basic knowledge. It will give you practical valuable advice about ways you can improve all aspects of data.

» About me
Ross Pancho is the course coordinator for the Graduate Certificate in Digital Health Nursing and the Graduate Certificate in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology Nursing. He was previously coordinating the Graduate Certificate in Cosmetic and Dermatology Nursing and the Graduate Certificate in Bridging and Re-entry to Practice.
Ross has nearly 20 years of experience in both clinical and teaching specialties. He has been working as a nurse educator and course coordinator for various educational organisations, delivering and coordinating sessions for Internationally Qualified Nurses (IQNs) and diploma of nursing. He also has extensive clinical experience primarily in pre and post-operative acute nursing care for various acute and cardiac/vascular cases. Ross has recently completed his Graduate Certificate in Digital Health.
