My eQuals

ACN is pleased to offer digital academic documents through the My eQuals portal. My eQuals is a secure and trusted digital certification platform used internationally. Read more about My eQuals

Digital documents are currently available for students completing Graduate Certificates through ACN, and include the following document types:

  • Testamur
  • Transcript (Academic record)
  • Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS)

These documents are digitally secure, legally valid and tamper-proof. You are able to share your digital documents as you choose and control how long you allow a third party to view your records.

IMPORTANT:

Your documents will be shared with you using the preferred email address you have provided to ACN. Please contact customerservices@acn.edu.au if you need to update your email address before week 5 of your final term. Once the documents have been issued, ACN cannot resend the documents to your new email address for security and privacy purposes.

Your final documents will be accessible 4-6 weeks after the grade release date.

If you have advance standing for one or more of your units, the final documents will only be accessible after the grade release date.

You will receive an email prompting you to set up a My eQuals account once your documents have been issued through the portal. You can log on using your primary ACN email address provided and can update your email address through the profile settings.

If you already have a My eQuals account with another email address, you can select “link another email” in the profile settings. You will then be prompted to merge accounts.

You will be able to access the official documents 4-6 weeks after the grade release date.

When you access My eQuals, there are several ways you can choose to share your documents with another person or organisation. This includes generating secure links, sending the document directly to registered organisations or downloading a PDF. You can find out more about how to use My eQuals on their website.

ACN graduations are held annually (subjected to extenuating circumstance), you will receive a graduation invitation to confirm your attendance. If you select to attend the graduation ceremony, you will be presented with a hard copy of the Testamur. If you are unable to attend the ceremony, you can opt-in to receive a printed copy of the Testamur to be posted to your nominated address (free of charge) and will be mailed to students once per year, at the time of Graduation (August; excludes GCN BAR students). Requests for hard copies of the Testamur outside of this window will incur administrative fees.

Graduate Certificate Nursing (Bridging and re-entry) students will receive their electronic documents at the end of their course to facilitate their registration requirements). Requests for hard copies of the documents will incur administrative fees.

Unfortunately, we are unable to retrospectively provide electronic official documents to those who have graduated prior to the July term 2022.

Students that have graduated prior to July 2022 would have received the hard copies of the documents. If you have lost your document and require a replacement, please contact customerservices@acn.edu.au. You will need to provide a statutory declaration and evidence of your identity. Replacement of hard-copy documents will incur administrative fees.

ACN graduates can provide access to their official documents through the secure My eQuals portal. The documents’ authenticity is guaranteed as graduates can’t upload or modify documents in My eQuals. Only accredited Australian (and New Zealand) Higher Education providers and universities can issue documents. You may wish to confirm that you are viewing the document through the My eQuals website.

Remember: While graduates are able to view and share documents, only the issuing provider (ACN) can upload or modify them.
