We are proud to administer a range of Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care scholarships for undergraduate and postgraduate aged care, nursing and midwifery courses as well as scholarships for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students studying entry-level health courses. Wound Care Scholarships

The Australian College of Nursing is proud to administer wound care scholarships on behalf of the Australian Government and the Department of Health and Aged Care. These scholarships equip you with the skills to accelerate healing and prevent the costly medical complications associated with chronic wounds.

Aged Care Nursing and Allied Health Scholarships

The Aged Care Scholarships will allow for up to 400 additional scholarships per year for three years, for personal care workers and nurses to complete qualifications. There will be up to 100 allied health scholarships per year for up to three years, which will be for allied health professionals to focus on dementia related qualifications.

Victorian Government Mental Health and Wellbeing Workforce Scholarship Program

The Victorian Government’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Workforce Scholarship program offers development opportunities for Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Practitioners and Lived and Living Experience Workers (LLEWs).

The program supports continued learning and development pathways to help build workforce skills, knowledge and capabilities and is a key priority of Victoria’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Workforce Strategy 2021-24. The Australian College of Nursing is administering all the scholarships and grants on the Department’s behalf.
