Eligibility

• Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18. (Eligible Entrants)
• ACN employees, immediate family members of ACN employees and employees of any other company associated with the competition are ineligible to enter.

Entry

• The competition commences at 09:00 am AEST on 20/07/2018 and closes at 04:00 pm AEST on 10/08/2018. (Competition Period)
• To enter, ‘Eligible Entrants’ must:
  • Email events@acn.edu.au with the following:
    • Head shot photo of yourself
    • First name
    • The name of your city/town
    • Mobile/contact telephone number
    • One word that describes what community and primary health care nursing means to you

Prizes and winning

• The random prize draw will take place at 11:00 am AEST on 10/09/2018 at Level 6, 9 Wentworth Street Parramatta NSW 2150.
• Winners will be drawn via random number selection by an appropriate third party.
• The prize pool consists of 1x Google Home (estimated value $129).
• The prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash with ACN.

Prize conditions

• The winners will be notified by phone and email within ten (10) business days of the draw.
• ACN will request the winners to confirm their postal address prior to arranging delivery of the prize via registered mail within six weeks.
• The winners will be announced on the ACN Facebook page during Community & Primary Health Care Nursing Week (17/09/2018 – 23/09/2018).
• If the prize is unclaimed a prize draw will be conducted on 10/12/2018 at the same time and place as the original draw.
• If a winner is drawn they will be contacted by phone and email within ten (10) business days and will have their name published on the ACN Facebook page during Community & Primary Health Care Nursing Week (17/09/2018 – 23/09/2018).

Photo and details release conditions

By entering the competition, you consent to the use of your photograph, first name and city/town for the purpose of ACN marketing and advertising purposes, in its publications, social media, promotional and marketing material and on its web site in order to promote ACN to our members or to a wider nursing and allied health professional audience. If you do not agree/consent to this please advise this in your entry.
