Qualifications of academic staff
All academic teaching staff must have a sound understanding and professional practice in the discipline that they teach and:
- are qualified at least one Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) level higher than the course of study being taught; OR
- are deemed to have obtained the equivalent professional experience” in lieu of formal qualifications.
The following table below outlines the minimum requirements for academic staff that do not hold the required qualification level and need to provide evidence demonstrating their experience is equivalent.

Remuneration will be paid on a ‘per student’ or ‘per assignment’ basis.
