At the Australian College of Nursing (ACN), we are proud to support and celebrate nurses who exemplify leadership day after day through their work and compassion. In 2020 Year of Nurse & Midwife, as Australia, it’s even more important to encourage and empower those emerging as new nurse leaders who strive for a better health care system and a stronger voice for the profession.
In that spirit, we are excited to announce the launch of the ENL Graduate eBook 2019, a valuable collection of the learning experiences of the participants of ACN’s Emerging Nurse Leader (ENL) program.
Throughout the book, these ENLs from various stages of the program share their insights, leadership lessons and highlights that helped them be the best nurse leader they aspire to be. The eBook is our way of acknowledging the hard work and dedication they have put it and congratulating them for their achievements, personal and professional, during the course of the program.
